Ten builds, industry by industry
These are written up the way we'd explain them internally in a retro, not the way a case study usually gets marketed: what the workflow looked like before we touched it, why the obvious off-the-shelf answer didn't fit, what we actually built, where it went sideways, and what shipped. Client names are withheld under NDA. Every engagement described here involved a real, signed contract and a live production deployment.
Lead Response & Qualification Agent
Web forms, two ad platforms, WhatsApp and missed calls, all re-keyed by hand, plus after-hours enquiries that nobody answered until Monday. The pipeline that fixed it, and the race condition that made it message customers twice before we caught it.
Creative Angle Engine
A content studio's bottleneck was angles, never production. The system that encoded one strategist's judgment, and the eval harness we had to build first because the agent's explanations sounded right whether or not they were.
Member Coaching Agent
A membership business wanted to know whether an AI coach would get used at all. We quoted the smallest thing that could answer that honestly, and argued them out of half of what they asked for.
Vehicle Imaging Pipeline
A dealer platform wanted AI-generated showroom photography. We declined the platform build, took the imaging core, and argued them out of generating the vehicle at all, because a model that redraws a car also redraws its damage.
Underwriting Triage Agent
A Series C consumer lender's manual review queue was growing faster than its underwriting team. The agent that fixed it, and the compliance argument that almost killed the project first.
Clinical Safety & Matching Layer
A digital health platform wanted an AI layer. The question was what AI should be permitted to do. The guardrail architecture was the first deliverable, and the model was never allowed to introduce or exclude a practitioner.
Shipment Exception Agent
Four regional carrier APIs, four different definitions of "delayed", and an ops team reconciling them by hand every morning.
Order & Returns Agent
Returns were a third of the ticket volume and none of the interesting work. What it took to hand that conversation over safely.
Contract Review Agent
First-pass vendor contract review against the firm's own playbook, and the careful line we drew around what the agent was allowed to conclude.
First Notice of Loss Agent
Capturing a claim properly at 2am on a Saturday, when the details that get missed are the ones that cost the most later.
Recognize your own workflow in one of these?
The write-ups are deliberately specific. If one of them sounds like your situation, the scope call will be a short one.
