These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sales Stack, a Shopify application developed by Aratavan Pvt Ltd.
By installing or using Sales Stack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
Description of Service
Sales Stack provides tools that help Shopify merchants increase Average Order Value (AOV) through automatic discount rules, bundles, and performance analytics.
The App operates within Shopify’s platform and relies on Shopify APIs and systems.
Eligibility
You must have a valid Shopify store and the authority to install apps on that store to use Sales Stack.
Pricing & Billing
Sales Stack offers both free and paid plans.

The Free plan provides limited functionality at no cost

Paid plans use revenue-based pricing tied to AOV increase generated

Pricing percentages and monthly caps are clearly shown inside the app
You are responsible for reviewing pricing details before upgrading to a paid plan.
Use of the App
You agree to use Sales Stack only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Shopify’s Terms of Service.
You must not:

Misuse the App

Attempt to interfere with its operation

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Availability & Changes
We strive to keep Sales Stack available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service or comply with platform requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Sales Stack is provided “as is”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aratavan Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

Loss of data

Business interruption

Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
Termination
You may stop using Sales Stack at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of Sales Stack shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
